Trading Terms
Weddings
Maximum of 30 miles total from MiStidio to church/registry office to reception and back to MiStudio. After 30 miles an additional charge of 50 pence per mile will be added.
Time Limit
Only one wedding is photographed in any 24 hour period. Therefore, there is no time limit within the contracted day.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of £200 is required to reserve your photographer for your wedding day. A further £600 is required no later than four weeks before the wedding date. The remaining balance of payment is made after your choice of photographers has been submitted to MIStudio and you have accepted the album design layout.
N.B. If there is a cancellation of the agreed date of the photographic work carried out, the booking fee is NOT refundable.
Time Period Of Completion Of The Album
Previews of the photographs are presented on CD and you will need a PC for
viewing. You are required to inform MiStudio of your choice of photographs
and accept the album design within 13 weeks after the wedding. Normal turn
around for completion of the album after receiving the list of chosen photographs
is 4 weeks.
Printing
You must have copy right to any images or have permission from the copyright owner for the files to be printed. All images will be printed as supplied without any adjustments and printed using co lour profiles for our printer/paper. Both photo print & canvas print prices apply to copyright owners of the images. These prices do not cover photo prints or canvas prints for customers not owning copyright and using MIStudio photographic services e.g. weddings, studio portraiture, commercial etc.
